- As a Night Support Worker, you will assist residents with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and community involvement through tailored support and training opportunities.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping others, possess relevant experience in care or support work, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- This night role requires working hours from 9:15pm to 7:15am in Bradford, with comprehensive training provided after a six-month probation period.
£12.84 an hour
- Support individuals with learning disabilities, assisting them in daily activities and promoting independence through community engagement.
- Ideal candidates will have a passion for care, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate empathy towards residents.
- Flexibility is essential for this role with varying shifts from early to late, and training opportunities are provided after a probationary period.
