We are a large team that is open to new ideas and passionate about improving care in line with the trusts vision.
You will be required to work flexibly in a changing environment, to be confident and approachable. We are looking for someone to work with the ward manager and other junior sisters to focus on the delivery of high calibre patient centred care whilst supporting the ongoing development and wellbeing of the team. You will be well supported in your role and on-going development with many opportunities to develop new skills.
