As the front door to Children's Social Care, our work has a significant impact on the journey that follows for children and families. We know that when we make the right decisions at the right time, better outcomes usually follow.
About the Integrated Front Door
The Integrated Front Door is a multi-agency service responsible for receiving, screening and analysing contacts regarding children and young people across Bradford.
Our service receives a high volume of contacts and referrals each day. No two days are the same. We work with a wide range of circumstances, from identifying children at risk of significant harm requiring statutory intervention, through to ensuring families access appropriate Early Help, targeted support and community resources.
We pride ourselves on our ability to "close the loop". If we identify a need and make a recommendation, we work with partner agencies to ensure support is put in place and families receive the help they need.
Our focus is simple:
The right service, at the right time, by the right people.
