ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for visitors to Bradford Live. You will lead and support Customer Experience Assistants across Front of House, Bar and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, presentation, safety and operational delivery are maintained. You will act as a visible leader during events, supporting management with the day-to-day operation of the venue and helping to ensure events, conferences, banquets and live performances run smoothly and efficiently.

You will demonstrate a positive and approachable attitude, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.

You will have the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and come with a flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You will be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or entertainment venues is desirable but not essential.
You’ll be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, and team-focused with a keen eye on secondary sales and health & safety.

Your Experience – ideal but not necessary as training is provided:

• Experience of delivering a high standard of customer service
