As a Support Worker, you will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs to live independent, fulfilling and meaningful lives.
No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to develop a new life skill, helping them access the community, encouraging greater independence or simply being there to provide reassurance and support when they need it most.
The people we support are individuals with their own personalities, preferences, goals and needs. Your role is to provide person-centred support that enables each individual to make choices, develop their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

You don't need previous experience in a support role. What matters most is your attitude, values and willingness to learn.
We're looking for people who are:
Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs is desirable but not essential. We provide full training, ongoing guidance and support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career as a Support Worker.

About The Role
A Support Worker plays an important role in supporting individuals to live safe, fulfilling, and as independent a life as possible. You’ll provide practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s individual needs, preferences, and goals.
We support people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. Some of the people we support may also display behaviours of distress, and Support Workers play a key role in helping them feel safe, understood, and supported.
No two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, help people achieve their goals, and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support.
