Salary: £29,000 per annum

We are looking for organised and customer-focused Property Services Coordinators to join our Repairs Hub and help deliver an efficient, responsive repairs service to residents.

This is a fast-paced operational role where you’ll coordinate repairs activity, liaise with contractors and residents, and help ensure work is completed to agreed timescales and service standards. You’ll play an important role in maintaining service continuity, supporting compliance requirements, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate day-to-day repairs activity, ensuring jobs are progressed and completed efficiently
  • Monitor work in progress, updating systems and supporting accurate record management
  • Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve queries
  • Support contractor performance monitoring, work management and service delivery standards
  • Assist with compliance monitoring and performance reporting across repairs and property services (e.g., HHSRS, DMC, Awaab’s Law).
  • Produce and maintain accurate reports, records and performance information
  • Contribute to team meetings, service improvement initiatives and process development
  • Help maintain a high standard of customer service and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance coordination or a similar operational environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Good understanding of repairs processes, contractor coordination and service delivery standards
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work accurately, collaboratively and proactively as part of a team

Qualifications / Experience

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or relevant practical experience
  • Previous experience within housing, repairs, property services or customer service environments is desirable
