Lead the Future of Adult Social Care in North Yorkshire
North Yorkshire Council requires an Operations Manager (Adults) to lead The Towns district team, your office base will be in Selby, North Yorkshire.

We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an Operational Manager to join our high performing service and help us continue delivering excellence for Adult services.
As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage Social Workers and Advanced Practitioner with the support of a Senior Group Manager to ensure the delivery of an effective social work service to people within North Yorkshire, in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.
The post will oversee social care services for Adults aged between 18-75, as part of the ‘Adults’ portfolio. Working in collaboration with teams and manager for Older Adults, Mental Health and Specialist Services, Intermediate Care and Prevention and Access.
