The role demands a forward-thinking, compliance-led approach to the development of current practices, ensuring the strategic goals of the group are met and that the Bradford facility operates as a centre of manufacturing excellence.

The postholder will play a pivotal role in leading, participating in and managing interdepartmental projects, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with both operational and quality objectives.

The successful candidate must possess proven success in planning labour, equipment, materials, and Production capacity to meet agreed output plans, monitoring production performance whilst working closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to resolve shared issues and support product release.

Additionally, the postholder will be required to ensure non-conformances, and corrective actions are properly escalated, investigated, and closed in a timely manner.

  • Experience of ISO audits and systems within a Medical Device manufacturing environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work, duties and responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a committed and dedicated production team at a time of growth in a rewarding and engaging environment and a great workplace community.
