Ongoing temporary role for a utilities company based in Bradford. Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, on-site 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:You will be providing administrative support to the team. Working with colleagues to capture, collate and log site activityAccurately log data in line with client and internal processesMonitor progress of work orders and follow upCreate weekly reports and quality checksLiaise between site and office teams to gather informationManage other ad hoc tasks such as document preparation, note-taking, filling, record management
Skills & Experience Required:Previous administration experience is essentialStrong MS Office knowledgeExperience of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlinesStrong communications skillsExperience working in administrative functions on construction or utilities projectsConfident in working with high volumes of data and processes
