Reporting to the Head of Service Quality and Impact, the role will work across the organisation to strengthen our evidence base, improve data quality and governance, develop our understanding of community need, and ensure that the impact of our work is clearly demonstrated to service members, funders, commissioners, trustees and partners.

The postholder will help embed a culture in which decisions are informed by data, evidence and lived experience, ensuring that insight is translated into action, improvement and greater impact for the communities we serve.
